2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@bishaybastu.com.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

5. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
